Job Summary Responsible for prepaid, postpaid, enterprise, PCO,Corporate and DST sales in the cluster (i.e. 1 city + 5-6 towns). Responsible for handling the complete sales of prepaid, postpaid, enterprise, PCO, corporate and DST sales in the territory. Sales Force Management: Managing and motivating a team of 5 - 6 Executives and 1 Asst. Manager, setting and achieving norms for improved productivity. Recruitment and Selection of Sales Personnel Delivering Classroom Training and providing on the job learning Devising and implementing Incentive Schemes Ensuring timely sales reporting Primary and secondary target rollout and ensuring achievement Setting Targets and Objectives for field force Achievement of Revenue targets by acquisition, usage and retention. Sales Forecasting Inventory allocation Managing stock shortage and excess Critical Analysis of Reports Scanning of competitor schemes and activities Distribution enhancement and strengthening. Channel Identification, Appointment and Training. Channel Rollout and Retail dimensioning in synchronization with the network Expanding the width and depth of distribution in retail markets Timely settlement of claims Devising and implementing promotional schemes for the trade, providing support during market promotions. Outdoor and indoor visibility planning and execution. Media activities in order to promote sales revenue.Minimum Requirements

MBA (Marketing) with 6 to 8 years of experience in a telecom company and should be currently handling a team of sales executives.
