Job Summary
  • Customer Obsession and Order Fulfillment.
  • Coordination with customer/ Sales Regional Managers
  • Collecting Forecast from customer and Analysis.
  • New Customer ID Creation/Material Master Creation.
  • Customer orders delivery on time (OTF).
  • Monitoring Order management team (GBTS) and KPI Management.
  • Coordination for New Product Lunch
  • SAP SD User.
  • Following MOQ/EOQ, Cost Optimization.
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
  • Handling Customer Complaints.
  • Management of the customer in terms issuance of credit and Debit notes, various issues related to the activities of commercial support.
  • Support in external and internal audit
  • Co-operation with sales department
  • Creation of SOP for all process and SAP transactions.
  • Coordination of outbound logistics for on time Delivery and return logistics. High Sea sales coordination and agreement process.
  • MIS reports like Dailly order book/availability/shortage/Sales etc.
