Job Summary Job Responsibilities:

- -Formulating business plan for achievement of volume, revenue and margin targets for the North Containers business

- -Developing and implementing strategies to position the differentiation and value of the company s offerings in the market

- -Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers

- -Develop a fact based understanding of the market and drive insights into key market characteristics

- -Improving customer focus and drive a customer satisfaction centric culture in the team

- -Effectively contribute in the S&OP process and provide regular forecasts and sales plans

- -Effective management of receivables and credit risk

- -Building and leading a highly motivated and competent sales team

- -As a champion of Manjushree Technopack s values, ensuring compliance to systems and processes


Requirements

The ideal candidate would be someone with:

- -A Bachelor s degree in Engineering with a Post Graduate Degree in Management from a reputed institute with 12 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

- -Proven track record of delivering financial objectives through strong revenue management skills

- -Experience of leading strong key account management and business development teams in competitive markets

- -Experience in creating and managing senior level customer relationships

- -Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with all functions

- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
