VoC Project Manager Job in Mancer Consulting Services

Job Purpose: To manage the VoC studies for VFS ,Job Duties: To manage all the VoC projects for VFS at all stages - including ability to design questionnaires, provide inputs for development of the questionnaire, managing projects which are in the data collection stage, analysis, reporting and drawing inferences from the data.,

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge Required: Experience of 4-5 in a premier market rsearch industryKnowledge of primary market research tools and techniquesSpecifically related to loyalty, customer satisfaction measurement and segmentation,Skill Required: Understanding client requirements and translating it into a questionnaireAnalysis of reports and drawing necessary inferences from the same to meet client requirementsAbilities Required: MBA or masters in StatisticsProject management and client handling skills.
