Job Summary

Use the databases to improve the depth and breadth of knowledge of customers and work with campaign development teams to improve their understanding.Interrogate customer databases tracking customer purchasing behaviour, product holdings, attrition rates, loyalty etc. Provide profiles of customers, by product, channel and other variables to give the business insight into the overall behaviours of customers. Highlight revenue generating opportunities and threats in terms of customer attrition.Understand the customer journey and flag opportunities and threats based on purchase triggers.Assist in the development of propensity models to improve the effectiveness of campaign activity.Work with third parties to provide data, which enhances the information we have on our customersCompliance To ensure that you understand and adhere to our clients Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.Financial Controls Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets etc) and all payments are properly authorised, controlled and monitored.
