Develop and implement a framework to measure effectiveness of learning initiatives for the business. c. Manage the annual people development budget. d. Build a continuous learning culture in the organization. 2. Talent Management a. Manage the HiPo programme for the business. b. Manage and deliver talent interventions for the core business c. Track and monitor the Talent Pool at regular intervals. d. Rollout the Group led talent and learning initiatives for Cement business.
