Engineer-facilities Job in Malabar Group
Job Summary
Perform arcade start up and shut down operations during opening and closing times as per the procedures prescribed;.
Maintain and repair all arcade games, rides and attractions.
Install and set up new games and equipment as necessary.
Maintain tools and supplies necessary for maintenance of arcade games and equipment in a good condition.
Log and report equipment defects for proper warranty handling.
Patrol the arcade floor continuously and ensure that all machines are functioning properly.
Maintain relevant safety standards on the arcade floor by ensuring tools, machine parts, electrical wires, etc., are not exposed to the customers of the arcade.
Liaise with Technical Supervisor and follow his instructions on machine faults daily.
Ensure that all machines meet the required safety standards before customer use.
Maintain the amusement machines to optimum standards through constant testing and regular servicing, paying attention to safety for both the public and staff members.
Monitor and record the use of spare parts, notifying the Technical Supervisor on stock levels.
Ensuring adequate levels are maintained to sustain machine performance.
Prepare and submit reports daily on all work carried out and any parts used.
Maintain, daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules as laid out by the Technical Supervisor.
Duly fill in the log book for each machine after every service call.
Assist the Arcade Game Staff on an as required basis with replenishing tickets & prize stock, and service credit issues,
machine operation, servicing, etc.
Be an active team member; to handle any other related task as assigned by the management.
