Job Summary Job Responsibilities

Need to take followup with the clients (domestic as well as international) through email or phone calls.
Maintain database and need to solve queries of the clients.
Compiling daily reports, weekly reports as and when required
Timely submission of reports to the reporting authority
Should be well versed with MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills
