Job Summary Job Title State Development Head Training & Development LocationMaharashtra Pune/Option2Rajasthan Jaipur/Option 2Karnataka Bangalore/ Option 2UP Lucknow/ Option 2Bihar Patna/ Option 2 Functional TARANG Sub Department Sales - Business Development PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Sourcing and Onboarding of Consultants & Financial Advisors (Not Employees of SLIC).Responsible for Lead Generation and training of the entire state. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruit Financial Advisors from rural areas (Villages) and develop them to generate continuous leads. Shall be responsible for quality sourcing of Financial Advisors (Not employees of SLIC) and Leads. Regular and continuous Prospect/Lead generation for Business conversion Developing and driving the training of Area Managers/ Sales Managers / Consultants / Financial Advisors Plan distribution strategy and create a presence for the channel through a network in the market. Monitoring systems & process for smooth achievement of allocated monthly, quarterly and annual state targets. Monitoring of business with regular analysis and enhance the recruitment and Lead quality Regularly Travel and visits branches across the state. Responsible for individual & Team targets. Coordination with other support departments for processing of business form end to end. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Zonal Head Business Implementation MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Educational Qualifications Graduate/ Post Graduate Years of Experience

Additional Skill Required Minimum 8 years relevant Experience of distribution Preferably should have Sales & Training Experience from Distribution background, Insurance experience will be an additional advantage. Should have handled a team size of 10-15 Experience of handling minimum of 2-3 branches Managerial level team handing skills. Good client servicing skills. Good financial analytical skills and communication skills. Any Other Specification Hiring Grid Mandatory Age- 32 to 45 Education- Minimum Graduation Current Location Preferably belonging within allotted State Experience 8 to 12 Years in sales, to have worked a minimum of five years in Distribution Industry/ FMCG/ Agro Sales/Telecom. Last job should be a team handling role managing at least 2 to 3 locations. Minimum stint in any company should not be less than 2 Years. To have recruitment experience. Should have worked in multiple locations in the state.
