• Any Graduation or Equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the area of Logistic Management preferably from the automotive industry
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Planning and prioritizing the activities with strong communication skills in English
• Computer Skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Good communication skills

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring of on-time, peace exact material operations with compliance to ETO Guidelines and valid legal regulations

• Compliance with specifications and processes of the respective division like
  • Compliance with packing instructions and customer requirements
  • Proper load-securing
  • Ensuring the work safety and quality requirements

• Initiation of defined processes in terms of the deviation and escalation management.
• Material booking and shipping as well as supply and transport with compliance to all safety requirements and work instructions

• Picking and packing, repacking, packing and if necessary prepare of materials for internal transport or shipping

• Create, attach and ship all necessary internal and customer-specific documents
• Conduct SAP Transactions and bookings as well as creating and printing all needed documents.
• Comply with instructions, standards, guidelines, requirements, and restrictions, inter alia of work safety, of energy, and environment management.

• Comply with internal procedures, processes, and standards as well as realizing new logistics plans.

• Participate in their further development, continuous improvement of it and daily tasks as well as a personal further improvement.

• Report deviations to superior and discuss them, show improvement potentials and solutions.
• Ensuring delivery performance with optimized inventory management in compliance with customer specifications, shipping, packing, customs, and air freight security regulations.

• Responsible for stock levels and container management, i.e. packaging materials in circulation (on the shop floor, between plants, suppliers and customers)

• Managing the area of incoming goods, warehouse, production logistics (production supply / delivery) and dispatch.

• Responsible for the incoming goods routines and bookings, supplier complaints and service providers used.

• Taking care of warehouse routines (inter alia first in, first out), administration of stock levels, including inventory management, ensuring availability of the high-bay warehouse

• Planning and ensuring the internal transport of materials including the rational use of transport and storage equipment

• Responsible for a cost-optimized shipping process, taking into account customer requirements, define agreed shipping guidelines, ensure compliance with the letter of credit requirements, especially aviation security regulations

• Managing customs procedures, ensuring compliance with customs formalities, including approved exporters, preferential certificates, approved exports

• Organize, conduct and taking care of annual inventories and sequential tests as part of the audit
• Use and further development of the ERP system and logistics software
• Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as scheduling, production, quality, finance, etc., communication with external interfaces such as service providers, suppliers and forwarding agents.

• Support and access LEAN management activities in the area of responsibility e.g. 5S
• Investment planning, collaboration in the budgeting process, ensuring budget compliance
• Planning and securing of containers and packages with a view to optimal replenishment and circulation quantities

• Responsible for the total stock of packaging internally and externally in responsible with those involved in the process in series production

• Development of overseas transport and logistics concepts between plants and suppliers.
• Support in demand and procurement planning for customer projects
• Support of higher-level company goals, including the determination and definition of key data, active Taking care, initialization of corrective measures in case of deviations.
