Manager Asf Collections - West Region Job in Mahindra Holidays.

Candidate Requirement

• Manage end to end operations to improve Collections from ASF FP base
• Reduce ASF Overdue delinquent base
• Understanding Requirements, architecting and designing strategies for improving ASF Collections.
• Managing VOC of members who have defaulted and take corrective actions.
• Planning and launching various offers to boost collections
• Managing Vendors and ensuring improvement in their productivity and quality of output
• Sharing regular updates with top management with key insights on Collections
• Working with various cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of the plan
• Should be able to work under stressf1ul environment.
• Strong on number management
