Job Summary

Job Purpose-

To provide IP services for creation, protection and management of Company intellectual property.
To provide support for risk identification and mitigation.

Job Accountabilities-

Providing input and guidance for data mining from patent and non-patent literature for
patent analytics and drawing inference
Evaluate inventions and provide patentability opinions
Suggesting design around for non-patentable inventions
Support asset collection, analysis and appropriate protection
Scoping of technology landscape studies, creating taxonomy for identifying technology
trends and highlighting technological gap for hinting on opportunity areas
Patent draft preparation and claim scoping
Ensure proper prosecution and maintenance of Company patent portfolio
Ensuring timely filing of Patents and completing all filing formalities
Acting as IPEC SPOCs for the given business IP requirements.
Conducting IP awareness sessions, reviewing and enriching the content of awareness material.
Evaluate external publications from the perspective of IP compliance and training team
members on various SOPs for publication clearance
Planning and prioritization of IP projects
Providing support to strategic initiatives and Risk mitigation activities

Qualification :
B. Tech (ECE/CS/IT) Patent agent/diploma in IP/LLB (IP Hons.) (IIT KGP) will be preferred)

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
