Job Summary
Qualification : BE/B-Tech
- Work on Order to Service fulfilment
- Timely Service Fulfilment for customers
- Coordinate with circle teams and get service delivered to customers
- Coordinate with other functions and get service delivered to customers
- Monitor KPI and SLA and fulfil the customer obligation
- Create Use case based Test case Creation
- Execute the Test cases
- Service Issue Troubleshooting & Resolution
- Lab & FOA Testing of Specific solutions
Skills & Competencies: -
- EPC, HSS, IMS and core technology knowledge
- Knowledge on LTE Radio network
Qualification : BE/B-Tech
Experience Required :
Minimum 5 Years
