Product Manager role is to be the end-to-end owner of the product development & management for Data services portfolio (MPLS , domestic & Global, Leased Lines / Optical Leased circuits, Device as a Service, managed services)
Key deliverables are to create, enhance and manage the product strategy, roadmap and new functionalities for enhancing the customer acquisition and service experience across Enterprise and SMB segment.
Achieve the annual product revenue targets
Identification of customer focused new products & solutions
Launch new products and feature enhancements
Responsible for end-to-end process roll out
Conduct UAT for new features testing
Prepare business projections and track network/IT solution readiness
Responsible for customer experience management
Ensure GTM readiness
Conduct field trainings for sales and service teams
Provide operational support to cross-functions
Qualification : PGDBM / MBA from Premium Institute
Minimum 15 Years
