Job Summary
  • Accountable for Secondary & Primary Sales Targets in assign territory.
  • To responsible for placement of newly launched products in the planned outlet
  • Responsible for availability & visibility of the products
  • Build a positive Business relationship with Store and Category Persons
  • To keep a track of competitor s activities
  • Ability to mobilize resources to achieve desired objectives; strong follow-up and coordination.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Responsible for handling distributor ,sub distributor and available outlets.
  • Managing a team of FOS and BDE
  • Developing effective channel to meet targeted revenue for the assign territory
  • Responsible for Managing retailers base, responsible for their services..

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree with at least 5-10 years of Channel, Distribution ,Retail sales Experience/business development (Having an MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing Will be preferable)
Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
