Senior Associate, Projects And Change (controls, Subject Matter Experts) Job in Macquarie Group Limited

With a passion for delivering mid to large scale finance change projects, you will have the opportunity to work with a high performing projects team to deliver initiatives based on regulatory changes and requirements.

Youll be working as a subject matter expert on regulatory initiatives and will be responsible for producing or enhancing the quality of project artefacts such as process maps, desk instructions, working files, risk and control points and other documents produced during the course of the project.

Youll also be responsible for an independent functional review of artefacts produced and assumptions used during the course of the project, such as functional and technical Business Requirement Documents, assumptions and interpretations, manual working files and compliance to applicable policies.

To be successful in this role you should have a tertiary qualification in any business discipline, or a Bachelor of Commerce with CPA / ICWA/ MBA Finance and post-qualification experience of 2-5 years with extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting processes. Knowledge of data flows, assumptions and interpretations, regulatory reporting policies, and process mapping and documentation is preferred.
