In this role, you will work closely with our global team and spend much of your time working with jobs, processes & applications, ensuring business critical applications and platforms are up and running as expected, finding, and delivering opportunities to improvise those and providing valuable technical support for the business continuity.

To be successful in this role, you ll bring the following skills and experience:

• Overall 8-10 years experience in IT, with at-least 5 years of experience in application and platform support
• Proven track record to identify and address operational improvements, including elimination of manual processes, improving documentation, and fixing platform issues & defects.
• Experience for Problem, Change, Incident management and automation of application/system monitoring and production support
• Programming experience with Java/Python
• AWS concepts like EC2/ECS/EKS, lambdas, SQS, S3, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB etc.
• problem-solving skills and the ability to independently propose new solutions
• experience with development best practices (TDD/BDD, CI/CD and DevOps concepts)
• Demonstrate good communications skills and positive approach towards an adaptive team player.
• Interact with Business Users, Stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Develop a deep understanding of the internal data domains and systems.
• Candidate is required to develop and enhance functional knowledge for the platform to be able to support various support functions including maintenance and thereby assist in user issues.
• Candidate should be flexible to work on different technologies to support the dynamic delivery model.
