Executive - Data Governance, Enterprise Support Job in Macquarie Group Limited

Join our team as a senior analyst and take part in ensuring the Risk Management Group continues to meet its enterprise data management obligations.

Working with a wide range of stakeholders across Macquarie's support businesses, you will take responsibility for assessing enterprise critical data usages to capture critical data elements. This involves understanding and documenting end-to-end data flows and system processes, identifying potential data risks and issues, and assessing them against their mitigating controls as well as recognising opportunities for enhancements of processes and control.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelors degree and a strong academic record in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics or any other relevant quantitative discipline. To be successful in this role, you will have an overall post-qualification experience of 4-5 years with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a business or technical analyst in the financial services industry, ideally relating to data governance. You will also possess strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills and bring the following technical experience:

• Enterprise data management tools, e.g. Collibra
• Data profiling and data quality solutions, e.g. Informatica IDQ
• Data visualisation e.g.Power BI
• Data manipulation and preparation e.g. Alteryx or SQL
