Partnering closely with our analysts, designers and clients, youll get the opportunity to enhance and build applications to power the future of banking. Youll be involved in understanding and analysing project requirements and translating them into specifications and programming deliverables. Youll also be responsible for testing and debugging the products in controlled, real situations along with maintaining the systems and making updates as required.

During your time in the team, you will continuously increase your functional knowledge and understanding of banking concepts, and gradually develop your capability to decode functional requirements into design. Your willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies like Robotics, Workflow and cloud will be an added advantage.

To be successful in this role youll have a good understanding of at least one coding language, knowledge in C++ or Java, as well as strong communication, analytical and numerical skills. Youll have a clear understanding of DBMS concepts, a good SQL knowledge along with understanding of various SDLC models, including Agile.
