Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to join our team. You will manage testing deliveries to support our Commodities and Global Markets teams meet their regulatory/OTC transaction reporting obligations across global jurisdictions (CFTC, SFTR, SEC, ASIC, MAS, EMIR, MIFIR etc).

As a Test Lead, you will develop and lead a high performing testing team. You will also be designing test strategies, driving test execution, managing testing resources, working with globally diverse technology teams, engaging stakeholders and managing risk that can differ in size and complexity.

As a manager, you will lead your team with integrity and create an environment where team members feel included, valued and supported to do work that energizes them. You will also undertake management responsibilities which will include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, and to manage risks.

You will work in a dynamic environment by managing test deliveries across multiple projects. Consistently driving innovation, improving quality practices and developing comprehensive test automation suite. You will also manage and prioritise test environments to support testing deliveries.

You will have 14 to 18 years experience with 5 to 10 years relevant industry experience in capital markets, OTC transaction reporting or regulatory reporting. Experience in test automation software like Selenium, Robot Framework, Web driver, Appium, JMeter is highly regarded. As is experience in API based testing, knowledge in Python, Java, SQL, Unix and Cucumber; and experience using Jira and within the agile software development cycle, SDLC tools and best practices.
