To enable and ensure all systems, hardware, Internet and IT infrastructure are up-to-date, functional and as per the standards of the organization and provide necessary support to maintain the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:


  • Senior System Administrator responsibilities include supervising our Operations team, monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.
  • You need advanced knowledge of networking and distributed computing environment concepts, as well as a sound understanding of the principles of routing, firewalls, and client/server applications. You should also have experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution principles, methodologies and techniques. As with most tech positions, you also need a strong desire to learn about new technologies.
  • This position also requires team management and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, strong organization skills, and initiative.
  • Installing and configuring Windows 2003 & 2008, 2012, 2016 Server, installing and configuring AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, CDC, ADC, RODC and Backup servers using Active Directory Services.
  • Planning, implementing, and maintaining an Active Directory Infrastructure.
  • User management, group management and implementing group policies.
  • Configure and fine tune cloud infrastructure systems.
  • Install and configure virtual cloud instances.
  • Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor automated systems recovery solutions.
  • Experience with deploying applications on the AWS.
  • Good knowledge of IIS 7/8.
  • Experience in webhosting / dedicated servers / Emails Hosting / cloud server security.
  • Knowledge in asset management, Vendor management.
  • MS SQL and other DevOps tools experience preferred.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of SIP services VOIP.
  • Configuration, maintenance of H/W Firewall.
  • Knowledge of system security techniques.


Qualification:


  • BE Computer science OR equivalent with 5-7 years of experience Windows server administration.
  • Experience in ISO 27001 implementation (Preferred).
  • Experience with supporting application and database servers.
  • Experience with AWS / Azure (Preferred).
  • Microsoft Azure / AWS certification (Preferred).
