Company Introduction:
MTA Network is a wholly owned foreign enterprise (WOFE) located in the beautiful city of Qingdao. We provide several services such as Job opportunities, Internships, Chinese visa services, Study in China and China Homestay programs within China by expats for expats! MTA Network was established in 2014. Its a young and dynamic startup company focusing on the International market. The majority of our clients are foreigners willing to experience China. We have international staff working in Qingdao.
Tasks:
Respond to initial applications by email and on the phone
Following up with ongoing applications
Liaising with our Chinese Sales to ensure speedy placement of participants with
internship host companies
Conduct phone interviews with candidates for counseling and our services they require.
Answering pre-departure questions from booked participants
Working with our bookings manager to ensure targets are met
Participant data management and general administration tasks
Ensure applicant and participant data is managed effectively
Assist the accounting & finance team by chasing up payments
Assist the marketing team by attending promotional events
Requirements:
Spanish, French ,Dutch ,Portuguese or Italian is a bonus
Detail-oriented and well organized
Ability to communicate effectively in-person, by email and on the phone
Phone-based sales or customer relations experience would be useful
Enjoys working as part of a small, but international team
Native-level English
Required - Sales skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Good command over Fluent English
1 to 2 Year
