Industrial Engineer Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist with equipment installations and project planning.
Plan and assign work strategies in the production schedule that covers maintenance of process equipment and inspection at proper intervals.
Supervise the preventive maintenance schedules, inventory parts and daily consumable usage.
Team up with the quality manager in assuring microbiological control of processing, goods, storage and handling.
Provide an effectual interface to all departments; design all strategies and provide assistance to all key staff.
