COMPANY PROFILE

MMP Refratech Pvt Ltd is involved in Turnkey Refractory projects for Power, Steel, Chemical, Fertilizer, Petrochemical etc industries. The company is Authorised Dealer for some leading Refractory manufacturers and hence stocks and supplies the same material from their warehouse in Chakan Industrial Area, Pune. We have some in-house labour team (around 25 labourers on company payroll) and majorly on contract basis as per projects.

LEAD GENERATION1.SEARCHING PROSPECTS RELATED TO OUR TARGET SEGMENTS THROUGH VARIOUS SOURCES SUCH AS PERSONAL REFERENCES, INTERNET, INDIAMART, JUSTDIAL, LINKEDIN ETC

2.APPROACHING RELEVANT INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS FOR GETTING TARGET SEGMENT DATA

3.DATA FROM INDUSTRIAL DIRECTORIES, AUTHORISED WEBSITE

4.ANY OTHER MEANS FOR DATA COLLECTION OF PROSPECTS

COLD CALLING AND APPOINTMENTS1.GETTING CONTACT DETAILS OF CONCERNED PERSONS AND CALLING FOR APPOINTMENTS

2.BULK MAILING, COLD CALLING ON TARGET BASIS TO GET MAXIMUM APPOINTMENTS AND ARRANGE VISITS

SALES VISITS1.ON FIELD SALES VISITS AT CUSTOMER LOCATIONS

2.COMPANY PROFILE PRESENTATION TO ALL CONCERNED PERSONS AND CLEARING ALL TECHNICAL DOUBTS, IF ANY

3.UNDERSTANDING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, CURRENT CUSTOMER CHALLENGES, ASKING 'SPIN' QUESTIONS TO PROSPECTS AND FRAMING THE ENQUIRY IN CORRECT FORMAT

4.UNDERSTANDING PROSPECT PUV AND HELPING COMPANY DEVELOP CC ACCORDINGLY

5.TAKING REFERENCES, IF POSSIBLE

QUOTATIONS1.MAKING OF QUOTATIONS AS PER CUSTOMER DESIRED FORMAT AND GET IT APPROVED FROM MANAGER

2.DOING NECESSARY COST ESTIMATIONS BEFORE THE QUOTE IS MADE TO ENSURE BUDGET VS ACTUAL COST VARIATION IS AS LESS AS POSSIBLE

3.REGULAR QUOTE FOLLOW UPS AND REVISITS IF

REQUIRED TO ATTAIN HIGHER QUOTE CONVERSION RATIO

OTHER WORK1.SEARCH AND ATTEND INDUSTRY RELATED EXHIBITIONS, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES ETC.

2.CONSISTENTLY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS IN CURRENT WORKING WAYS OF COMPANY

3.NETWORKING WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS,

TRADE ASSOCIATIONS WHICH SHALL ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS

Preferred:Male candidate

Relevant Experience:Minimum 2 years in Industrial Sales

Educational requirementsAny field B.E./B.Tech (MBA would be added advantage)

Other RequirementsShould have his own two wheeler, willingness to travel atleast 15 days a Month

  • Required - B2B Sales skill with 2+ years experience
