Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

u Experience in managing projects on Full Life Cycle Implementation of SAP- SuccessFactor HRIS/ HCM

u Design and configure technical solutions for HR system.

u Possess strong negotiation, communication, convincing, analytical, problem-solving & presentation skills

u Coordinate with IT and HR resources on implementation project plan and provide oversight from design through implementation.

u Define business requirements as per standard SuccessFactors Solution.

u SAP SuccessFactors expertise includes Position Management, Foundational Objects, MDF, Workflows, Picklist management, RBP, data models and Ad-hoc Reports in Employee Central.

u Configured Workflow for different events like New Hire, Job Change, Change in Compensation Data, etc.

u Analysis of business requirements.

u Working on Pick list management to upload Picklists.

u Handled issues related to EC,Payroll, Time Off,PMS, RCM, ONB, CDP, LMS, Report etc.

u Worked on Standard, Detail Report, Advances Report, Dashboard & Ad-Hoc Report.

u Worked on configuring Employee Files/people profile and customizing of Employee Central Portlets like personal info, Job Info etc using Manage Business Configuration.
