Job Summary

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Scheduling meetings on the calendar for the CEO, coordinating with Global and Indian Offices and Branch offices.

Making travel arrangements, visa documentation, hotel bookings, Travel /Accommodation arrangements for delegates during conferences and Seminars being held.

Maintaining records for Expenses pertaining to Travel, Meals, Car bookings, Petrol re-imbursements, Entitlements, Mobile bill payments using the expense tracking system.

Handling and making arrangements for the Global Offices Guests visiting India, preparing their invite letters, preparing and coordinating their meetings and agendas, visa applications, hotel reservations, car, logistics, etc

Handling events, conferences, parties and outings (off sites) for the organization, complete arrangements from venue selection, arrangements, food menu selection and coordinating the event for the employees.
