Job Summary Location: Hyderabad, India Company: Lupin Qualifications: BPT/MPT/BOT with a mandatory Aquatic Therapy certification. Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in an aquatic therapy setup. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Act as a liaison between the Team Leader, junior physiotherapists, and patients. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to staff members. Supervise junior physiotherapists, oversee their development, and facilitate training and joint working. Patient Care: Provide goal-based care to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes. Conduct teleconsults and home-based care as needed. Supervise and set protocols for junior physiotherapists. Maintain patient records, progress reports, and assessments. Clinical Decision Making: Contribute to clinical decision-making and goal setting for patients. Monitor patient progress at regular intervals. Clinical Expertise Development: Participate in research and publish research articles to enhance clinical expertise. Required Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of aquatic therapy techniques. Strong patient interaction and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
