Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Manage new hires and refresher trainings
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify project s training needs
  • Plan and implement effective training curriculum for our ecommerce vertical
  • Prepare training modules/materials
  • Develop monitoring/assesment systems to measure training effectiveness
  • Ideal candidate will be the one with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Minimum 5 years experience in Process training, good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, exposure in eCommerce industry will be added advantage

Qualifications:

  • Any graduation
  • Certifications in Training will be added advantage
