Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Selected candidates will be performing the role of Associate for client s Customer Analytics department. This includes reviewing the feedbacks pertaining to product content and make corrections accordingly.
Learn usage of client tools to rectify content quality shortcomings thus providing resolution for complex issues in timely manner
Understand the complete eco system and apply the SOP accordingly and bounce back if there are any discrepancy in following the SOP.
Flexible to work in Rotational as well as US shifts.
Advanced MS Office (Excel) is a must
