Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Perform the role of Seller/Partner Support Associate, this includes addressing queries/concerns of Sellers over Calls (80%) and Email (20%).
Work with multiple technology applications and features to resolve Seller/Partner issues.
Liase with other departments such as Customer Service, Site Merchandising, Category Management, Technical Support (L1 & L2), Investigations and Payments teams as required to resolve Seller s issues and questions.
Comfortable to work in night shifts (8.30 PM to 5.30 AM IST)
