Roles & Responsibilities: Identifying the customer s current and future requirement. Identifying client requirement. Traveling to visit potential clients. Maintaining existing long term relationship with customers Providing sales and support during virtual and on site client meetings. Good Interpersonal Skills. Excellent presentation and creativity skills. Working with existing customer to help them get the most out of the products they have bought. Manage all technical aspects of customer queries. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
