Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with the service providing vendors and clients
  • Onboarding various service provider partners and finalising associations with them
  • Assigning task to existing partner vendors and taking confirmation
  • Updating and maintaining logs and spreadsheets for incoming and expected work
  • Coordinating and following-up with the clients and vendors for complete follow up
  • Reconciling payments to vendor partners and receipts from clients
  • Performing general office administrative and clerical duties
  • Focussing on getting the quality work done from the partner vendors in prescribed deadlines
  • Solving vendor s issues and problems
  • Achieving the client s satisfaction by meeting their requirements

Desired Profile:

  • Experience of 0-3 year for Operations Associate (Freshers can also apply)
  • Experience of minimum 2 years for Operations Manager
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Negotiation skills
  • Must be a graduate (Post graduate will be preferred)
