Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with the service providing vendors and clients
- Onboarding various service provider partners and finalising associations with them
- Assigning task to existing partner vendors and taking confirmation
- Updating and maintaining logs and spreadsheets for incoming and expected work
- Coordinating and following-up with the clients and vendors for complete follow up
- Reconciling payments to vendor partners and receipts from clients
- Performing general office administrative and clerical duties
- Focussing on getting the quality work done from the partner vendors in prescribed deadlines
- Solving vendor s issues and problems
- Achieving the client s satisfaction by meeting their requirements
Desired Profile:
- Experience of 0-3 year for Operations Associate (Freshers can also apply)
- Experience of minimum 2 years for Operations Manager
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Negotiation skills
- Must be a graduate (Post graduate will be preferred)
