About the Team

Doing business legally and with integrity is at the heart of how we serve our customers, communities, and fellow associates. The Compliance & Ethics teamworks diligently to protect Lowe s reputation and brand.

Job Summary :

This position will support the compliance and ethics program pertaining to Lowe s business operations and activities in India and will execute global compliance functions.

Role & Responsibilities :

Executes enterprise-wide anti-corruption due diligence screening globally, including compilation of data, screening, evaluation and analysis of due diligence reports, and escalation of due diligence red flags.

Provides compliance advice to the business on the code of business conduct and ethics.

Supports in executing the global compliance and ethics program in India in the principal areas of anti-corruption and ethics.

Conducts and oversees preventative training on business ethics.

Tracks and monitors ethics and compliance trends globally and prepares summary reports.

Responsible for data repository which includes documentation of due diligence, training and procedures data.

Primary Skills (must have)

  • Experience working on compliance and business ethics programs.
  • Experience working on global anti-corruption laws, either the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) or the UK Bribery Act.
  • Contract review skills.
  • Exceptional integrity and work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Education Qualification

LLB or LLM graduate.

Years of Experience:

4 to 7 years of work experience in an MNC/law firm.
