Job Summary

• Communicating with drivers and responding to their queries (via phone, email) in a professional and timely manner.
• Track and trace large volume of customer orders.
• Entering, updating and processing orders/shipment details on various interfaces.
• Handle driver complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits: follow up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure and confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
