We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. This job involves understanding both client requirements and converting them on mock ups and templates. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design and possess superior user interface design skills. Ultimately, you should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional web designs. Web Designers plan, create and code web pages, using both non-technical and technical skills to produce websites that fit the customer's requirements, many of which combine text with sounds, pictures, graphics and video-clips. Once a website is created, a designer helps with maintenance and additions to the website. Primary Responsibilities: Creating Website designs, Convert into html. Communicating with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress. Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites. Keeping up-to-date with recent technological and Software Developments. Developing Skills and Expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including html, Java script and others. Producing designs and templates that are user-friendly, effective and appealing. Determining Technical Requirements. Updating Websites. Creating back up files. Webpage scripting. Technical Requirements: HTML, HTML 5 +, CSS, CSS3 AI Corel Draw Photoshop Bootstrap Less JS implementation AMP Schema Tags implementation Basic knowledge of SEO like implementing HI, H2, Titles, Meta etc Additional Requirements: Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Proven work experience as a web designer. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools. Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies. Drawing up detailed website specifications. Designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it's in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client. Develops Web sites by planning and executing design; maintaining and upgrading service. Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality. Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc. Prepares site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links. Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results. Identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links. Protects site by designing and installing security precautions. Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions. Key Skills: Imagination.
