Job Description :
Roles and Responsiblities :
- Proven experience in digital marketing in a digital agency in Account management / Operations on Multiple Platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.
- Drives to achieve/exceed SBU Revenue Targets and other Business Unit Parameters
- Spearhead & be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.
- Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the BU & Functional Domains to deliver client requirements successfully
- Prioritize and manage retainer clients expectations
- Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs
- Planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns, including Display, UAC, Video, Social etc for all clients.
- Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all team work in progress.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with client to ideate, plan and execute Brand Strategy & Vision with opportunities to up-sell & cross-sell
- Mentor team members and develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.
Primary skills :

- In-Depth Knowledge of Biddable media Digital platforms like Goolge Adwords, facebook, Linkedin
