Job Summary

Responsible for Update the Day-to-Day Accounting
Correspondence with Banks, Branches & Parties
GST (Goods & Services Tax) fillings of monthly, Quarterly and annual returns , GST audit & other mandatory forms for ITC avail.
Preparation of Quarterly TDS Return 26Q.
TDS deposit on time & E-Filling challan & returns filling for the same for the quarter ends returns of the same.
Issue TDS certificate (Quarterly and annual basis).
Rectifications of TDS return (Generate console file, justification file, and Working knowledge on Traces).
Reconciliation of 26AS of NIMS
Dealing with CS for ROC compliance of group co.
Data preparation for ROC filling provide to CS (Ex-DPT3 & others).
Observing Bank loans, Other Secured loans, unsecured loans, and other loan compliance
Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account on monthly basis prepare & analyze.
