Job Summary
- Core and Advanced Java with Struts framework
- In depth understanding of MySQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Cursors, Functions)
- Must be strong in Linux, Multithreading and Collections. Should have worked extensively with servers like Tomcat(web-server) and JBoss (application server)
- Should have lead a team of 4-5 software development engineers
- Should have experience of Effort Estimation, Code Quality Measurement, Resource Allocation, Project Monitoring and implementing Documentation Discipline
- Should have used tools for Software Version Control, Formal Code Reviews, Code Quality measurement, Defect Management etc.
- Good inter-personal and team building skills
- Should be able to Review and enhance Architecture and Design Document and use those as tools for communicating requirements, implementation and testing across the teams.
