Job Summary

TEAM LEAD, PRE SALES

AS A TEAM LEAD, YOU WILL

Play an integral role in achieving our ambitious customer experience and business objectives. You will groom & nurture your span into best in class PSEs who can achieve desired business goals month on month. You will bring in strong team management skills combined with a solid target oriented mindset. You will set up best practice processes, enhance the overall experience we give to our customers and drive targets for the team.

We serve homeowners looking to get their home interiors done - almost always a big decision with several parameters to work with. You will be a true thought partner to every prospect and customer we interact with, ensuring that they go ahead in the cycle with a solution.

  • Be responsible for meeting and exceeding the city-level targets along with your own OKRs.

  • Be responsible for continuously developing a team of agents into fantastic relationship executives.

  • Be responsible to ensure that key productivity metrics like dialled calls, MQLs of each team member is achieved.

  • Be responsible to assess the leads pipeline of each city you are responsible for and prioritize call tasks accordingly, ultimately ensuring that the active leads bucket is fully utilized.

  • Be responsible for leading and closely tracking experiments / pilots, if any, that are run time to time.

  • Take responsibility for real-time call queue management in order to ensure hygiene of input metrics.

  • Be responsible for schedule adherence of each & every individual within the team.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES [BUT NOT LIMITED TO]

  • Will be responsible to build a good working relationship with the key stakeholders within the business unit.

  • Coordination among internal cohorts for weekly / monthly roster & planning

  • Support the newbies to bring them up through their learning curve

  • Work closely with the team to achieve city-wise targets

  • Coordinate & work closely with the Sales team in order to use the feedback and make appropriate corrections if needed keeping customers interest in mind

  • Take initiatives to report any issues related to systems / processes to the reporting manager.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven pre sales / inside sales experience

  • Track record of over-achieving targets

  • Strong phone presence and experience outbound/telesales calling

  • Experience in driving productivity & performance metrics goals

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Graduation / Post Graduation or equivalent

  • Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity.

  • Understanding of home interiors domain will be an added advantage
