Position Summary

>> Key contributor to senior management decision making and executive operations in a startup fast-paced and high energy environmentDirect reporting to CEOExecute special projectsDrive organization in early growth phaseCareer development through in-depth and hands-on experience
Essential/Primary Responsibilities>> Basic exposure to varied functions of a corporate organizationCEO support for his external and internal commitmentsBusiness Development Lead generation, handling of basic queriesOnline research - for generating information to help in key decisionsBusiness writing - Drafts reports, proposals; communication with prospectsHR support for recruitment and drafting of policiesMeeting co-ordination organizing the agenda of meetings, enabling a structured conversation and reaching a clear conclusion of the decision to be takenInvoicing and operations invoice generation and despatch co-ordination
Experience & Education>> Startup experience, EA experience, BD experience would enable the individual to hit the ground running.Eligible: Masters or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / CommercePreferred: MBA and/or exposure to exportsStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailProficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPointBasic knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked-in etc)Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
