Job Summary Job description:
  • Need to close Sales Call of given leads.
  • Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure keeping data backup
  • Understanding the customer requirements , provide detailed Product description & other information
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and maintain database.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
  • Follow up with the customers.
  • Converting potential calls to admissions and helping achieve the desired target.
  • Work focused to achieve periodical sales goals and contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales)
  • Provide counseling to parents and help them choose the right learning module.
  • Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly closure by continuous follow-up.
Desired Candidate:
  • Any Graduate.
  • Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, empathy and people management, service orientation, Integrity.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Tele Sales
  • Preferable from Education/EdTech Industry.
  • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
  • Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language.
  • Have high closure orientation.
