Technical Lead - Java Job in Lister Digital

• The ideal candidate should demonstrate deep understanding of Java
• Should be strong in Core Java, OOPS, Javascript and any RDBMS
• Should have good experience in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring security, AOP
• Hands on experience in ReactJS or Angular
• Should demonstrate mastery invarious code quality tools
• Experience with AWS: (Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, Batch) AWS certification is nice to have
• Should be capable of writing complex queries and design data models
• Very good knowledge on REST API
• Thorough understanding of Microservices
• Deep functional understanding of the projects that he/she has worked on
• Well versed with continuous integration tools and code repositories
• Good experience in Agile methodologies
• Should be good in team handling and mentoring
• Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
• Should be able to understand the priorities of various stakeholders and take right decisions

• Design and Develop applications using Java, ReactJS and AWS
• Analyze the existing application modules and come up withperformance improvements
• You will analyze the requirements and arrive at an effort estimate or challenge the estimate provided by team members
• You will coordinate with dependent teams from the customer side and iron out any technical dependencies blocking the progress
• You will have to be proactive in foreseeing any risks in the delivery and pre-handle it with the customer to avoid any escalation
• Showcase excellence in delivering code, follow coding standards and conventions strictly
• You will be expected to work seamlessly in agile driven fashion
• You will eventually become a member of Java technical recruitment panel for the organization

• Ensure any sensitive information of the project/organisation stays protected as per the guidelines of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and report any breach, vulnerability or threat to the respective Data Protection Officer (DPO) without delay.
• Ensure all data of the customer/organisation processed must be done on one of the following lawful bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task or legitimate interests.
