Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Job in Lister Digital

• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search, shopping, display and social media campaigns
• Strong track record in managing medium to large-sized budgets
• Strong working knowledge of Google Adwords and all paid search platforms
• Effective communication and reporting skills, ?In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe)
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and optimize the user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with internal team and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Perform quality checks of the work done by the team and provide feedback to improve the efficiency

• Ensure any sensitive information of the project/organisation stays protected as per the guidelines of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and report any breach, vulnerability or threat to the respective Data Protection Officer (DPO) without delay.
