• Strong knowledge about Salesforce Platform and features available as part of Sales and Service cloud
• Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Data migration, System integration Testing
• Strong testing skills in Salesforce standard object, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, custom Tabs, Reports, and various other components as per application requirements including Salesforce1 Mobile App
• Good level of exposure in configuring validation rules, workflows, process builders, approval processes, email notifications and custom reports
• Exposure to Security and sharing rules implementation at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization
• Should have performed back end testing by executing SOQL queries
• Knowledge about in moving Apps from lower sandboxes to production environments
• Strong debugging skills to analyse and identify issues related to functionality, integration, and deployment
• Should have hands on experience in Agile / Waterfall Methodologies
• Interacting with client-side professionals for system study, requirements verification and analysis
• Documenting/Reporting, tracking, communicating test results, analysis, unresolved problems using tools
• Hands on experience in Functional Testing, Integration testing, Regression testing and preparation of Test cases and Test Reports
• Able to analyse the requirements. Generate test cases from the requirements
• Analyse various scenarios and implement test cases
• Conversant with SDLC and STLC
• Selenium Automation exposure is good to have

• Interacting with client side professionals or Internal stake holders for system study, requirements verification and analysis
• Executing business analysis function to ensure testing requirements are appropriately identified and included in the requirement
• Reviewing business requirements, functional requirements and performing gap analysis
• Providing scope, resource and time estimates for projects presented for testing and analysis
• Designing and coordinating the implementation and availability of the test environments, and ensure compatibility
• Preparing test bed setting up test environment for data conditioning of records for back-end testing
• Configuring and manually testing the applications # Documenting/Reporting, tracking and communicating test plans, test results, analysis, etc
• Providing test status and progress reports as appropriate to appropriate stakeholders
• Work with Onshore and offshore teams to deliver on schedule
• Certify the Sprint release Stories and the final product with Zero issues.
