- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an engaging personality
- Must bring strong knowledge of business processes related to Marketing, Sales and/or Service
- Should have good knowledge of industries in general or deep knowledge in a specific vertical
- Must understand business change and digital transformation challenges and approaches and ability to assess
- Must have capability to hold his own with CXO level stakeholders.
- Experience in having played that role is important
- The person may be from a Consulting background or worked in a industry and lead transformation programs internally.
- Will provide leadership to consulting function and lead engagements with clients during pre-sales and business discovery sessions
- Will mentor and develop consultants within the practice, Will educate and help
- Leads and managers develop stronger business understanding and bring a consultative approach in working with clients
- Will create templates, approaches and reusable frameworks that can be used for presales and consulting engagements
- Will engage with existing clients and work towards driving greater customer success and elevate the engagement to a strategic level
