Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including digital marketing specialists (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, etc.), creative teams, and analysts to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, and acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their marketing objectives, challenges, and opportunities.


Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Work closely with the strategy team to create and present comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with clients' goals and budget.
  • Recommend digital marketing tactics and channels to drive the desired outcomes for clients.

Campaign Management:

  • Be involved in execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, showcasing the impact of digital marketing efforts and ROI.

Client Support:

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure clients receive high-quality support and service throughout the engagement.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • You must know how to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • You must have a solid understanding of online marketing and have the wherewithal to understand clients businesses on a fundamental level, to ensure agency efforts support overall business goals and objectives.
  • You must be a highly motivated self-starter and team player with a serious passion for helping clients succeed in the digital marketplace.
  • You will be a part of a team where you will collaborate with other team members and agency groups to help solve problems and provide innovative solutions to clients on Website and App Design, Social Media, Content, Campaigns, Media & Search Marketing, Other Web and App Solutions.


Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Experience working in the Digital Marketing domain. Agency experience preferred.
  • Understanding of Social Media and its execution, Content, Campaigns, Media & Search Marketing, Other Web and App Solutions, Website and App Design
  • Agency experience will be a plus
  • Comfortable working on site
  • Masters/Bachelors degree
  • Ability to think critically and develop solutions independently
  • Knowledge of current online marketing tools (Social Platforms, Google Analytics, AdWords, Display Media, Analytics etc.)
  • Must have understanding of the Social media platforms
  • Must be confident and comfortable coordinating and communicating with the client
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to implement solutions
  • A great thinking mind buzzing with ideas
