Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

You will play a critical role in sales process and propelling the growth of our business by generating leads.

  • Generating a database using web sources like via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Direct email marketing, Lusha, ChatGPT (for content creation), AI-based tools, MR directories, Hoover's, Zoom Info, Data.com and other social media platforms.

  • Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales team.

  • Understanding of lead generation and conversion rate optimisation.


Web Marketing:

Manage web marketing for Lioonnize and it s customers. Drive traffic to our website, increase search engine visibility, and improve our online presence through various digital marketing efforts.

  • SEO, SMM and web marketing strategy for Lioonnize and it s customers who have purchased our SEO, SMM, and web marketing services, to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research and analyse search engine data to identify optimisation opportunities

  • Optimise website content, meta tags, and images to improve search engine rankings

  • Monitor and report on website analytics and search engine ranking data

  • Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation and improvement

  • Landing page optimisation and A/B testing


Requirements, Knowledge & Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, off-page optimisation, and technical SEO, SMM, Web marketing and content marketing etc.

  • Knowledge if Lead generation process and its required tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Search Console, Tag Manager, any CRM, Lusha, ChatGPT, and other AI-based tools that can help in lead generation.

  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and web marketing, with a proven track record of success in increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

  • Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

  • Buyer personas and target audience segments

  • Strong analytical skills, project and time management skills, and experience working in B2B domain

  • Proficient in MS Office or Mac Default Applications, including Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers, and PowerPoint/Keynotes.

  • Experience working with Western companies (preferred).

  • Past experience is the only qualification required, with a focus on communication skills as a key requirement.
