Job Summary

Full Time M.B.A. (HR) or Full Time equivalent master s degree with 8 10 years of experience of managing in similar capacity in a large hospital of not less than 300 beds.Expertise and command in strategy formulation for manpower planning & retention, end to end talent acquisition & compensation formulation, designing training & development programmes, performance management and rewards. Demonstrate high level of HR/ IR maturity in dealing with HR/IR issues in clinical manner, maintaining industrial harmony in accordance with Trade Unions as well as various Government bodies and have a critical eye for identifying training needs Must be Computer Savvy, Good communication, teaching, analytical, problem solving and liaisoning skills, responsible for budgeting as well as monitoring expenses incurred and assure all relevant services are provided in compliance with all requirements of the NABH and all other applicable regulatory bodies. Age should be between 45 to 55 years.Last date for applying for the position is 15th March,2021
