Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Managing the portfolio of marketing efforts brand, demand generation, growth,
partner success and events, with solid experience in at least 2-3 of them
Strategy for marketing display first principles thinking to achieve key goals for the
company
Lead generation implement programs to generate leads
Content marketing overseeing creation and distribution of valuable content that can
reach the right people including prospects
Market research understand industry trends well, articulate the same
Team leadership - lead a highly engaged and committed team that will grow over time
Planning and execution of the marketing calendar covering the entire spectrum
content, events, partner and product marketing
Working with agencies and external consultants knowing how to leverage maximum
value from various stakeholders
Metrics driven setting and tracking KPIs to evaluate performance and adjust tactics
as needed
Desired candidate profile:
10-14 years experience, with recent experience being in B2B preferably SaaS
Solid experience in at least 2-3 of brand, product marketing, demand generation,
growth, partner success and events
Experience working with agencies and external consultants knowing how to leverage
maximum value from various stakeholders
Strong management skills lead a highly engaged and committed team that is likely to
grow over time
Strong communication skills be able to convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner
Creativity and Influencing demonstrable creativity in marketing with an ability to
influence and enthuse stakeholders
Excellent communicator (incl. written and spoken language), with strong customer
focus, driven with sense of empathy, ownership and urgency
Marketing for channels and helping channels succeed is a big plus
