LIDO - Business Development Associate (BDA)
LIDO is an ed-tech company revolutionizing formal classroom education through a unique and
immersive online classroom experience. With our exciting and fun online classes for students,
we are building the Lido experience - cutting edge content like animated videos and interactive
games, a personalized platform for homework, tests, challenges, and inspiring teachers.
Profile: The candidate will assist students and parents across India through a consultative sales
model via tele-sales/video sessions or field sales depending on the role applied for. Opportunity

Skills & Approach
Passion in consultative sales and business development
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good logical reasoning and structured approach for conversion

Ability to build rapport and create professional relationships
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects on call and do sales conductions through video sessions or
in-person meeting (for field sales)
Identify and develop relationships with potential customers via telecalling
Update and create tailored client proposals
Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect
customer contact and prospecting
Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize
accordingly to ensure objectives are met
Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure daily targets are met
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Good English communication is mandatory
2. Good laptop with working camera and mic and decent data connection
3. Ready to join immediately within 1-2 weeks
4. 0-5 years of Sales experience preferred. Fresh Graduates with excellent English
communication will be considered
Job Roles CTC
3-6 LPA (Excluding variable and bonus)
Accelerated growth path with a salary increment opportunity of 15%-30% every quarter
and faster promotion scope
T&Cs
Daily inputs of 1 hour customer tele-calling time OR 2 Sales sessions with
customers required for achieving attendance for the day
Variable is paid in form of daily/weekly/monthly incentives as per Sales policies
Bonus of Rs 1 lakh is payable on quarterly basis (Indicative - Post successful
training certification - Rs 5K, 3 months - Rs 15K, 6 months -Rs 20K , 9 months -
Rs 30K month, 12 month- Rs 30K)
6 days Working - Tuesdays off
Selection Process:
a) Online telephonic round for screening. Shortlisted candidates will get the link for Online
training cum certification post signing the conditional offer letter
b) Online Training cum evaluation of 8 consecutive days followed by on-the-job (OJT) task
evaluation on Day 10. Candidates are allowed upto 12 days to achieve the OJT task
*The training period is paid for candidates who successfully qualify the training evaluation.The
salary for the same will be credited as part of the monthly salary.
